Introduction
  • Accuvision is based in Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan, specializes in the design and manufacturing of automatic optical inspection (AOI) application machines, self-developed AOI patent software and hardware, and our extremely talented and knowledgeable of sales and support team offers years of experience in the field.
  • Precise optical inspection machines are used to solve the quality inspection problem of delicate screw, nuts, rods, micro parts, general fasteners, auto parts, and precise semi-conductor parts, decreases the number of defective products to increase clients’ competition.
  • As devices are becoming more intricate, users are demanding on higher quality. It is difficult to rely on manpower inspection, in addition, the rising cost of materials, foreign exchange appreciating, decreasing of export tax refund and enforced labor laws that result in higher labor cost. Our goal of automation and professional inspection has been reached by using accurate high speed automatic machines to replace labor. Accuvision’s machine features introduction
  • Using transparent round glass platform, ACV 1604 series equipments, based on Accuvision’s patented non-touch design, are particularly suitable to provide complete and non-touch automatic inspection functions of 3C/electronic screws (especially peel-easy zinc/nickel plated screws) for digital camera, MP3, PDA, cellular phone, notebook, semi-conductor parts, nuts, rods, washers and lathe parts which are less than m2.0. Platform changing or adjusting is not necessary when replacing inspected parts. It’s easy to maintain equipments with simple steps. (m0.8 delicate screws have been successfully tested.)
  • The general inspection machines in the market use old style index plate component design which makes the platform exchange complicated and time consuming. Electronic screws less than m2.0 are damage-oriented when picked up. Complicated mechanic touching with components is unavoidable. Besides, small screws are easily hidden into the platform. Moreover, it is not easy for index plate to pick up screws less than m2. The old style is not suitable for modern fasteners which tend to use precise inspection.
  • ACV 1605 series are particularly designed for larger auto parts screws, and non standard special fasteners inspection developed under Accuvision’s patented non-touch design, using chain-drag mode. Unlike the index plate design, ACV1605 series does not need to change platform. It only need to adjust trail width, extremely simple method of operation and suitable for a wide range of different components.
